GROOMING POLICY

ARRIVAL GUIDE

Upon your arrival, kindly ensure that you arrive 5-10 minutes early, as tardiness can disrupt our schedule for the day.

If you happen to be more than 20 minutes late, there is a possibility that we may need to cancel your appointment due to insufficient time for grooming. In such cases, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to your next appointment.

For the safety of all, please secure your dogs with a collar and leash upon entering and exiting the premises.

To ensure the well-being of your dog, we request that you take them to relieve themselves before coming to the salon. Please be mindful that we may not have the opportunity to attend to their toileting needs while they wait for their grooming.

Prior to the grooming session, kindly inform the groomer of any health issues your dog may have, such as skin conditions, heart conditions, knee reconstructions, or food allergies.

In the case of aggressive or bitey behavior, it is your responsibility to notify our staff before the service. For the safety of our staff and other dogs, we reserve the right to refuse service to aggressive dogs, and they may be asked to return home. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive or rude behavior directed at our staff at all times.

PICKING UP YOUR PUP

We kindly request that you pick up your furry friend promptly upon receiving a text message indicating that your dog is ready. As a small salon with limited space, managing large numbers of dogs simultaneously is challenging. Ensuring timely pickups not only contributes to a serene salon atmosphere but also prevents your dog from being crated for extended periods.

Maintaining a calm environment for all our canine guests is our priority. If your pooch tends to be anxious or vocal, please inform our staff, and we'll do our best to accommodate you in a quicker time slot. Occasionally, we may request your patience as we finish grooming your dog, allowing them to return home promptly.

For late pick-ups exceeding an hour from the time of our readiness notification, a day-care fee of $40 will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

Kindly provide the salon with a 48-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.

For cancellations made within 24 hours, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied, and this fee must be settled before scheduling your next appointment.

Failure to show up on the scheduled day will result in the full cost of your grooming appointment being charged. Any future appointments will be canceled until you contact us, settle the no-show fee, and rebook.
